Privacy Policy

1. What Lives On Your Phone

Everything you create while using the app stays on your device: your name, the avatar you picked, your birthday if you entered one, your tasks, calendar plans, notes, energy check-ins and weekly reviews.

2. We Don't See Any Of It

This data is kept in your device's own storage. It is not sent to us, not uploaded to a server, not backed up to a cloud. The app does not need an internet connection to work, and it does not open one to send data.

3. There Is No Account

You don't sign up. We don't ask for an email address or a phone number, and you don't create a password. The name you type into the app is only used to greet you, and it never leaves your device.

4. Notifications

Reminders are scheduled by your device and fire on your device. We don't run a notification server, which means we can't see what we reminded you about or when. You can turn notifications off in the app's settings or in iOS settings.

5. No Analytics, No Ads

The app contains no analytics tool, no ad network and no tracking kit. Which screen you opened, how often you come back, what you completed: none of it is reported anywhere.

Apple gives developers aggregate, anonymous statistics through the App Store, such as download counts and crash reports. That data is collected by Apple, and you can turn off sharing it in your device settings.

6. Backups And Sharing

You can export your data to a file, or share your weekly recap as an image. In both cases the file is created on your device and you choose where it goes through the iOS share sheet. We don't receive a copy.

7. When You Write To Us

When you send feedback, the app opens your device's mail app. If you choose to send it, we see your email address and what you wrote. That's all. We use the exchange only to solve the problem.

8. Deleting Your Data

You can delete all of your data from the Settings screen. Deletion happens on the device and takes effect immediately, with no waiting period. Removing the app from your phone does the same thing.

Because we hold no copy, deleted data cannot be recovered. If it matters to you, export it first.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. Since we collect no data from anyone, we collect none from children either.

10. If This Policy Changes

If we ever add optional cloud backup or sync across devices, we will update this text first and announce the change in the app. Any such feature will be off by default and will only run if you turn it on.
